- I will provide technical assistance for hardware and software challenges across multiple platforms, including Windows and Mac OS. - I will troubleshoot and resolve LAN connectivity issues, ensuring all users have reliable network access. - I will assist users with help desk inquiries by utilizing ticketing systems to track and manage requests. - I will configure and maintain firewalls and VPN connections to ensure secure remote access for our team. - I will conduct regular computer management tasks, which includes system updates, software installations, and performance monitoring. - I will deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to user inquiries and providing clear guidance on technical matters. - I will document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve future support processes. - I will be involved in SharePoint development, data security settings, building bespoke digital tools as needed, and file management. - I will manage the querying for lost files and enforce document control practices, including version restoration. - I will monitor quarantined emails and high-risk cyber activities while collaborating with vendors for cybersecurity matters. - I will ensure the maintenance and management of devices, including laptops, and effectively handle device wipes, redeployments, and configuration policies. - I will participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide support and recommendations on mobile applications and connect with third-party vendors for enhancements and consulting.
