Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer with practical production coding experience
- Strong, daily proficiency in Claude Code and similar AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot); must be a power user
- Familiarity with agentic harness integration (e.g. Open Claw, Hermes, Eigent)
- Experience in developing developer tools, internal platforms, or CLI utilities
- Proven ability to convey technical information to engineers with varied skill sets through documentation, workshops, or recorded materials
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation, preferably in GitLab CI
- Comprehensive understanding of Git workflows, code review protocols, and automation of merge requests
- Proficient in utilizing REST APIs for data integration and dashboard creation
- Ability to navigate and comprehend large, multi-repo codebases without needing to be an expert in every technology stack
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting CLAUDE.md files, training documentation, and playbooks for human and AI understanding
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of setting priorities based on data analysis and engineer feedback
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain a centralized repository of CLAUDE.md project context files for all Coinme repositories
- Develop custom Claude Code slash commands, hooks, and workflows specific to Coinmes technology ecosystem
- Manage and implement GitLab CI/CD integration for Claude Code to facilitate automated processes
- Create and deliver structured training programs to enhance skill adoption in the engineering team
- Track engineering adoption metrics using the Claude Enterprise Analytics API to identify areas for improvement
- Curate and sustain a living playbook detailing best practices and successful workflow patterns
- Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to establish proficiency benchmarks and assess ROI of AI tools
- Evaluate and integrate new features of Claude Code as they are released
- Build and enhance tools within our technology infrastructure, including GitLab, Jira, and relevant programming frameworks
