The team is responsible for establishing foundations that multiple products and teams at Coinbase can leverage, ensuring users receive a consistent and high-quality experience. As a Staff Software Engineer, I will balance individual contributions with anchoring new projects, guiding technical direction, and mentoring fellow engineers.
