Requirements
Must:
- Over 2 years of hands-on experience in Solidity development.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in deploying and managing smart contracts securing substantial assets on Ethereum Mainnet or other EVMs.
- Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience (e.g., Go, Node.js, Python) for building supporting infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of experience in traditional finance organizations (such as Banks or Investment Firms).
- Profound understanding of smart contract security, gas optimization, and upgrade patterns.
- Extensive familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem and DeFi protocols.
- Basic knowledge or a strong curiosity about institutional finance including capital markets and asset management.
- A genuine interest in digital assets, tokenization, and the future of financial markets.
- High ownership ability and capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract protocols for multi-asset tokenization.
- Create the on-chain infrastructure needed to link traditional financial systems with public blockchains and DeFi ecosystems.
- Work closely with product managers, financial experts, legal and operations teams to convert complex financial and regulatory requirements into effective smart contract logic and technical specifications.
- Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap of our tokenization platform, ensuring superior security, upgradability, and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide other team members in best practices of smart contract engineering.
- Stay updated with the latest in tokenization standards, DeFi protocols, and scaling solutions to direct our technical approach.
