We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Platform Product Group, which focuses on creating a reliable, scalable, and compliant platform to enhance velocity, efficiency, and quality. The AI and Automation team aims to leverage AI for seamless customer experiences and maximum shareholder value. Today, we are concentrated on automating customer support and compliance processes, reimagining them for a future largely driven by AI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and enhance compliance.
