Lead Backend Software Engineer (Platform - CETI)

In this role, you will be tasked with several key responsibilities: - Build & Scale Testing Infrastructure: You will architect and implement automated testing frameworks from scratch, allowing teams to validate product behavior swiftly and with increased reliability. - Enable Smart Automation: You will devise strategies to automate testing across all levels—unit, integration, and end-to-end—and seamlessly integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. - Leverage AI/ML for Smarter Testing: You will explore and employ innovative AI/ML techniques to enhance test execution, identify flaky tests, and facilitate self-healing automation. Intelligent anomaly detection should also be utilized to improve test coverage and recovery. - Enhance Developer Productivity: Your role will include identifying testing workflow bottlenecks and introducing advanced tools and streamlined processes that empower engineers to deliver high-quality software confidently. - Define and Drive Product Quality Metrics: You will establish measurable metrics to monitor test effectiveness, release stability, and developer efficiency, working cross-functionally to ensure these metrics influence decision-making and enhance product quality across the organization. - Drive Best Practices & Company-Wide Impact: Collaborating with teams across the tech stack will be vital to define and implement scalable testing strategies that impact development speed and product quality on a company-wide level.
