Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience in software engineering. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is essential. Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, C, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript is valuable, as well as experience with Embedded & Real-Time Systems, CI/CD & Automation, User Interface Frameworks, and networking protocols. U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility, and the individual must be able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, I expect you to deliver high-quality work consistently as an individual contributor. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members through guidance and feedback, showcasing an ownership mindset by resolving problems effectively. Your role includes designing and developing systems that are robust, maintainable, and high-performing. You will work within complex codebases and distributed systems while introducing enhancements in architecture and development workflows. The ability to tackle open-ended issues with minimal guidance and balance technical trade-offs with product and business objectives will be crucial. You will lead technical discussions to build consensus and produce clear design documentation to align stakeholders.
