Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. - Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in an information technology setting. - Experience with terminal operations and technologies is preferred but not essential. - Strong analytical and data compilation skills are necessary. - Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, CWNA, or similar networking credentials are highly regarded but not required. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to work independently and prioritize safety. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and after-hour adjustments. - Strong work ethic characterized by punctuality and adherence to safe work practices. - Must meet the qualifications for a Transportation Worker Identification Card and clear the internal background check.

Responsibilities

- Provide Application and HelpDesk support while troubleshooting various systems, including OCR, RFID, GPS, Gate, and Appointment Systems. - Configure and maintain workstations and network devices. - Monitor and troubleshoot various terminal applications and systems. - Install, maintain, and repair hardware, including PCs, tablets, industrial devices, and LTE hardware. - Provide hardware support, including for networking, servers, LTE/Wi-Fi, and CCTV systems. - Document configurations and procedures comprehensively. - Ensure customer service levels are met and adhere to escalation protocols during system failures. - Engage in cross-training, knowledge transfer, and documentation of all processes and procedures. - Research technical and procedural issues and escalate to the appropriate vendors as necessary.
