Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an IT environment
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data extraction, compilation, and analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capable of working independently and safely when required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Must qualify for a Transportation Worker Identification Card and pass an internal background check
Responsibilities
- Engage in continuous learning of operational and system processes
- Conduct comprehensive system checks before each shift to guarantee seamless operation
- Assist in troubleshooting and supporting various Terminal Applications
- Oversee and support Terminal systems, including OCR, GPS, and RFID technologies
- Monitor and maintain system hardware, such as mobile data terminals and workstations as necessary
- Adhere to customer service standards and escalation procedures during system outages
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients
Description

Our full-time positions involve overnight shifts from Sunday to Wednesday, with pay ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
