Requirements
Must:
We require a Technology Architect with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments. Key skills include proficiency in Java/J2EE, Micro Services, Spring Boot, JSON or XML, GitHub/ADO, REST API, and various deployment technologies such as WebSphere Application Server and IBM/Azure Cloud. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, continuous integration/delivery, and superior analytical problem-solving and communication skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
As a Technology Architect, I expect you to write tests and document technical work products according to our standards. You will solve technical problems and build impactful components and libraries while delivering high-quality work and mentoring junior engineers. Conducting root cause analysis, designing integrated systems, managing technical debt, anticipating scaling challenges, and partnering with the security organization are key aspects of the role. You will focus on improving delivery practices, identifying reuse opportunities, and exploring emerging technologies while leading development prototypes.
Description
The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,000 to $132,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
