Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Java Development.
- At least 5+ years of recent experience working as a Lead on multiple projects.
- Proficiency in J2EE technologies, including Java, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, and EJB.
- Strong experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Expertise in front-end technologies, specifically Angular.
- Familiarity with build and deployment tools like Maven, Gradle, Git, JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD.
- Experience with other DevOps toolchains, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
As a Sr. Java FSE Lead, I expect you to:
- Take on the role of Lead Developer – Java Full Stack Engineer.
- Participate in all key partner meetings to understand business requirements.
- Complete assigned user stories as an individual contributor within given sprints.
- Craft modules independently.
- Engage in all Agile ceremonies and perform all sprint-level activities.
- Ensure the end-to-end delivery of assigned user stories/features, from development to deployment, and resolve the technical issues faced by the team.
- Communicate effectively between offshore and onsite customer partners.
