Requirements
Must:
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining enterprise applications
- Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise application architecture
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Proven history of delivering ServiceNow solutions in a hybrid work environment

Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solutions to improve platform capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions
- Integrate ServiceNow applications with existing systems to enhance process efficiency
- Provide technical expertise and support during ServiceNow platform upgrades
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure optimal operation
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developmental activities
- Conduct regular code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards
- Participate in the testing and validation of new features and functionalities
- Mentor and guide junior developers to cultivate a supportive team environment
- Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies related to ServiceNow
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development processes and practices
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Deliver high-quality solutions that align with company standards and client expectations
