Requirements
Must:
- 8–12+ years of experience in payments business analysis
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of EDIFACT payment formats
- Proficient understanding of ISO 20022, CBPR+, and international payments
- Experience with SWIFT and H2H integrations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with payment modernization initiatives
- Ability to analyze undocumented or proprietary legacy file formats
- Knowledge of regulatory environments related to cross-border payments
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with message testing, transformation, or validation tools
Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy EDIFACT payment messages such as PAYMUL, PAXLST, CREMUL
- Define precise field-level mappings from EDIFACT to ISO 20022 message structures
- Manage structured vs. unstructured address translation and compliance requirements
- Create and update mapping documents, data dictionaries, and transformation rules
- Collaborate with product, integration, and migration teams across various regions
- Assist in testing, defect tracking, and migration readiness preparations
