Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Approval Workflows, Core HR Journeys, and Security.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate business requirements and create effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction and clear presentation of technical concepts.
- Demonstrated success in deploying Oracle Cloud HCM solutions in hybrid or onsite environments.
- Proficient in client account management and advisory roles to strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that align with business goals.
- Tailor and optimize Approval Workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Configure and enhance Core HR features to improve operational workflow.
- Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys to foster employee engagement.
- Ensure robust security protocols are in place to safeguard sensitive HR information.
- Work with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate HCM solutions with existing systems.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on best practices.
- Offer strategic guidance and continuous support to clients in maximizing Oracle Cloud HCM benefits.
Description
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Architect to join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will play a central part in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, focusing on Approval Workflows, Core HR Journeys, and Security. Our annual salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $160,000, complemented by participation in our discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
