Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management; 8 years in Logistics/Supply Chain/Retail
- Demonstrated expertise with Manhattan WMOS, system integrations, and vendor management
- Deep understanding and proficiency in project management methodologies/tools, including JIRA and Rally for Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience collaborating with technical developers on deliverables/milestones
- Solid technical knowledge of logistics IT systems and architecture
- Strong skills in project planning, execution, and escalation
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and executive-level reporting
- Ability to engage effectively with third-party vendors and maintain a holistic view of project scope
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional logistics technology projects to enhance operational efficiency across Distribution Centers, Final Mile, Transportation, and Returns
- Utilize industry-standard project management practices (Agile, SDLC) and tools (JIRA, Rally) to execute logistics initiatives
- Drive the execution of Warehouse Management (WMOS) and Supply Chain projects, including Distribution Center rollouts
- Collaborate with both vendors and internal teams to synchronize flight plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Facilitate the gathering of requirements and solution design for systems like Manhattan WMOS and IBM Sterling
- Manage development and integration touchpoints across upstream and downstream systems
- Oversee development and quality assurance of microservices, performance monitoring, and reporting tools
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring quality control and timely escalation
