Responsibilities
- Design and implement strong product architecture solutions using Velocity 1.7 and Java 8 to fulfill business requirements and enhance system performance.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of features on the InsuranceNow platform, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Evaluate complex business needs and convert them into technical specifications aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Offer expert guidance and technical support to development teams, promoting a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement.
- Supervise the design and creation of new features and functionalities that cater to the needs of Property & Casualty Insurance clients.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of product architecture to guarantee reliability, security, and compliance with regulations.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings and sustain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and assess system performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and successfully.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and training sessions to uplift team skills and encourage best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of architecture designs and technical specifications for future reference.
