Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Coupa sourcing setup, including templates, access models, and event phases.
- Proficient in Excel and data modeling, focusing on lookups, IDs, and validations.
- Familiarity with PLM workflows and alignment with OD COGS/Analyzer.
- Ability to navigate between no-code and low-code methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions utilizing Coupa technologies to enhance procurement processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain RFQ bid sheet templates with supplier-specific access and event configurations.
- Automate data flows and mappings across PLM/OD COGS/Coupa.
- Generate formulas, fact sheets, and exportable reports for analytics and vendor comparisons.
- Manage supplier access controls and support event operations, including NDA gating.
- Aid in seasonal readiness by minimizing manual coding and rework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of Coupa modules.
- Provide insights on Coupa Procure, E-procurement, and Contract Management to streamline workflows.
- Supervise the deployment of Coupa Inventory Management and Spend Analysis to enhance financial oversight.
- Facilitate the integration of Coupa Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing for improved supplier relations.
- Leverage Coupas suite to optimize supply chain procurement processes, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
- Drive innovation in Supply Chain Management and Multi-Channel practices using domain expertise.
- Ensure solutions are in line with business objectives and contribute to our strategic goals.
- Monitor and assess system performance, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Offer training and support to users for effective utilization of Coupa technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in Coupa technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Work in a hybrid model for better flexibility and collaboration among teams.

We are seeking a Sr. Coupa Technology Architect who will be instrumental in designing and implementing solutions leveraging Coupa technologies. This role is crucial for configuring and supporting sourcing and costing events, ensuring efficient data flow and supplier interaction.
