Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Coupa Sourcing setup including templates, access models, and event phases.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data modeling, including lookups and validations.
- Experience with PLM workflows and alignment with OD COGS/Analyzer.
- Comfortable balancing no-code and low-code solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Coupa technologies to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Construct and manage RFQ bid sheet templates and supplier-specific access configurations.
- Automate data flows and mappings to ensure accurate information transfer across systems.
- Develop formulas, fact sheets, and reports for analysis and vendor comparisons.
- Oversee supplier access controls and support event operations.
- Facilitate seasonal readiness by minimizing manual tasks and rework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration of Coupa modules (e.g., Invoice, Payments, and Expense Management).
- Provide expertise in Coupa Procure, Eprocurement, and Contract Management to streamline workflows.
- Manage the deployment of Coupa Inventory Management and Spend Analysis.
- Strengthen supplier relationships through effective integration of Coupa Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing.
- Utilize Coupas suite to enhance procurement processes, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Leverage domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management to drive innovation and best practices.
- Ensure that solutions align with business objectives and contribute to strategic goals.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization.
- Provide training and support to users for effective use of Coupa technologies.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in Coupa technologies.
Description
We are looking for a Sr. Coupa Technology Architect to play a crucial role in our procurement team. This position, based in a hybrid model across Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, or Bridgeport, NJ, includes a competitive salary range of $138,000 to $162,000, depending on the candidates experience. We also offer a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for employee stock purchases.
