- Lead risk assessment and issue resolution across program components, utilizing industry best practices
- Provide strategic insights regarding program delivery, value realization, and ongoing improvement initiatives
- Guide project managers in adhering to PMO standards and cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory standards while advancing innovation
