Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess significant experience in the development and implementation of SAP Hybris. You should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting complex challenges. Proficiency in integrating SAP Hybris with other systems and applications is essential. Additionally, experience in Fleet Management systems, particularly within the Cruise domain, will be highly valued. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
In your role as a SAP Commerce Developer, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing SAP Hybris solutions to fulfill business needs and boost system performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features and functionalities. Providing technical expertise and guidance in SAP Hybris to ensure the adoption of best practices and optimal solutions will also be part of your duties. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance, while also optimizing existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience.
Description
This position is located within the United States only. To help you stand out, having a certification as a SAP Development Professional in SAP Hybris Commerce will be beneficial. A proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies, along with a strong attention to detail, will further enhance your candidacy. You will also support the deployment and maintenance of SAP Hybris solutions in a hybrid work model. The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $102,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance, following the terms of our applicable plans. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid holidays plus paid time off, a 401(k) plan with contributions, long-term and short-term disability coverage, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
