Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in sales, service line management, pre-sales, or consulting roles
- Robust background in Integration, Business Process Management (BPM), Intelligent Automation (RPA), or Enterprise Integration technology services
- In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors, including Payers, Providers, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices
- Proven success in achieving sales quotas, revenue growth, and profitability objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with an executive presence
- Demonstrated skill in articulating complex ideas clearly to C-suite audiences
- Extensive experience in managing complex client relationships, negotiations, and deal closures
- Strong strategic and consultative selling skills
Responsibilities
- Drive Integration and Process Management solutions through consultative selling and solution development
- Engage with technology services across Digital Process Orchestration (e.g., Pega, Appian, Camunda, Outsystems) and Integration platforms (IBM, Boomi, Apigee, Kong, and products on AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and executive stakeholders
- Lead discussions with clients on process orchestration, integration, AI strategies, business process optimization, and digital transformation
- Take ownership of sales revenue, margin, and growth objectives for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business and logo opportunities
- Create and present unique, outcome-focused service propositions
- Lead and assist in RFP responses, crafting compelling and customized solutions
- Manage and enhance client relationships within intricate enterprise environments
- Perform financial forecasting and demand planning for designated account portfolios
- Collaborate with delivery leaders and solution architects to outline solution scope and value
- Serve as a bridge between sales, account teams, and technical solution teams
- Partner with product vendors across Digital Process Orchestration and Enterprise Integration platforms
- Suggest vendor platforms and capabilities that align with client business goals
- Work collaboratively across business units, product partners, delivery leaders, and various service lines
