Requirements
Must:
- 10–15+ years of experience in HCM with extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Talent modules.
- Oracle Cloud Core HR and Talent certifications.
- Demonstrated success in leading comprehensive Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and transformation initiatives.
- Strong technical skills with HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, and Fast Formulas.
- Excellent client-facing abilities with experience in leading design workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting, ensuring alignment with business and transformation objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients regarding HR operating model transformations, HCM best practices, and emerging technology solutions.
- Design and configure Oracle HCM Workforce Development and Global HR modules to guarantee scalable and compliant system setups.
- Engage with senior and C-suite stakeholders, nurturing client relationships and driving successful program outcomes.
- Provide leadership within delivery teams by mentoring consultants, managing cross-functional resources, and promoting knowledge sharing.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Core HR / Talent Architect to join our team, with the opportunity to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM transformations in NYC, NY or Pittsburgh, PA.
