Requirements
Must:
- 10–15+ years of hands-on experience in HCM, particularly with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Recruiting Cloud.
- Proven track record in leading full-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and global deployments.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge, including HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, and Fast Formulas.
- Extensive experience in designing global HR configurations to maintain compliance across various countries.
- Excellent client-facing abilities, capable of leading design workshops, stakeholder conversations, and solution evaluations.
- Experience with promoting AI-driven recruiting features within Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Practical knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and external recruiting interfaces.
- Hands-on management of US HR systems and enterprise configuration governance.
- Background in managing budgets, timelines, and risks associated with large transformation projects.
- Experience in cloud-based HR transformation initiatives within heavily regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Core HR and Recruiting Cloud, which includes enterprise structures, career portals, candidate selection processes, interviews, and job templates.
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding HR operating models, optimizing recruitment processes, and enhancing AI-based recruiting features.
- Define and oversee security architecture, which includes data roles, security profiles, and complex global security frameworks.
- Manage integrations and quarterly updates, conducting impact assessments and ensuring system stability across new releases.
- Deliver leadership across project workstreams, mentoring junior team members and coordinating cross-functional and offshore teams.

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Core HR / Recruitment Architect to significantly impact our Oracle HCM practice in NYC, NY or Pittsburgh, PA with a hybrid work model. This role focuses on leading end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud transformations, particularly in Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. We collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business leaders to design and optimize global recruiting and HR solutions, enhancing candidate experiences and operational efficiencies.
