Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience managing Oracle platforms, with a minimum of 4 years focused on Oracle ERP Cloud and Fusion Financials implementations.
- Demonstrated history of successfully delivering multiple Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in program and project management, including planning, execution, risk assessment, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting effectively to senior management.
- Proven people management and mentorship abilities, with a focus on guiding and enhancing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Direct the comprehensive planning and execution of Oracle Fusion ERP and Financials transformation programs, ensuring that all milestones, timelines, and quality benchmarks are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with PMO and senior leadership to ensure sound governance, effective risk management, and provide executive-level updates, including summary presentations for leadership.
- Foster stakeholder engagement among business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and decision-making throughout the programs lifecycle.
- Spearhead change management initiatives, such as process design, SOP development, training strategies, and communication planning to facilitate successful adoption.
- Coordinate global teams and vendor efforts, oversee testing execution, and deliver daily and weekly status updates, testing reports, and action item summaries.
