Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience in managing Oracle platforms, with at least 4 years focused on delivering Oracle ERP and Fusion Financials implementations.
- Demonstrated success in executing multiple Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in program and project management, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in people management and mentorship, with experience leading global teams.
- Preferred certifications: PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Familiarity or experience with Artificial Intelligence or advanced analytics is a plus.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives for ERP programs is desirable.
- Ability to challenge conventional methods and propose innovative solutions to complex program-level issues.
- Experience in navigating highly matrixed, global delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive Oracle Fusion ERP and Financials transformation programs, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven project delivery.
- Execute project planning, implementation, and governance alongside the PMO, including creating integrated project plans and managing risks.
- Oversee global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders, aligning IT and business objectives across various regions and time zones.
- Spearhead change management initiatives, which include process redesign, development of standard operating procedures, training strategies, and effective communication plans.
- Monitor testing execution, assess training preparedness, and facilitate post-go-live stabilization to guarantee business adoption and value realization.

This role will sit within our Enterprise Applications team, collaborating closely with PMO leadership, global delivery teams, business stakeholders, and client executives across the US, Europe, and India. We embrace a hybrid working model, expecting individuals to work 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Atlanta, GA.
