Oracle EPM Functional Architect

Requirements
Must:
- 15+ years of practical experience delivering Oracle EPM solutions for large-scale enterprises.
- At least 5 complete lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPM in a senior functional or architectural position.
- Extensive functional knowledge of Oracle EPBCS / Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Proven experience collaborating with Finance, FP&A, and executive team members to drive transformation projects.
- MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
- Oracle Cloud EPM certifications in Planning, FCCS, or ARCS are advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting or professional services settings.
- Familiarity with AI-driven finance transformation and contemporary analytical practices.
- Background in supporting pre-sales efforts including solution demonstrations, cost estimations, and proposals.
- Openness to travel to client locations for critical project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional architecture and solution design for Oracle EPM implementations across Planning/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Manage functional configuration including metadata, hierarchies, business rules, forms, dashboards, and integrations, adhering to Oracle best practices.
- Collaborate with finance executives and business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable EPM solutions that facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and financial closure.
- Supervise integration design and data management between Oracle EPM and ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion.
- Provide functional leadership throughout project execution, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), governance, change management, training, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking an Oracle EPM Functional Architect to join our Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the holistic functional design, structure, and delivery of Oracle EPM solutions that will enhance finance transformation and aid in data-informed decision-making. Our team collaborates closely with finance leaders, technical architects, data engineers, project managers, and client stakeholders. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while still supporting essential project-based travel.
