Requirements
Must:
- 15+ years of practical experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions for large, complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated leadership of at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations in a lead functional or solution architect role.
- In-depth functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules such as OM, Shipping, Pricing, Purchasing (PO), OTC, CPQ, and PDH.
- Strong history of collaborating with Finance, FP&A, and executive stakeholders to spearhead transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing integrations between Oracle SCM, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, or third-party ERP and GL systems.
- Openness and capability to travel up to 50% to client locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the comprehensive functional architecture and solution design for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, ensuring alignment with business, financial, and transformation goals.
- Drive functional implementation across key SCM modules, including OM, Shipping, Pricing, Purchasing (PO), Order-to-Cash (OTC), CPQ, and Product Data Hub (PDH).
- Collaborate closely with senior business, finance, and executive stakeholders to convert complex requirements into scalable and high-performing SCM solutions.
- Manage configuration, integrations, data mappings, UAT cycles, and deployment tasks to guarantee quality, compliance, and successful business adoption.
- Establish governance, enablement, and continuous improvement frameworks, incorporating training, change management, and roadmap-driven enhancements.

We are in search of an Oracle SCM Solution Architect who will significantly contribute to our Enterprise Applications team by leading the end-to-end functional design and delivery of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. This role demands collaboration with CFO organizations, finance leaders, and technical teams across complex client environments. We offer a remote work model with a travel requirement of up to 50%.
