Requirements
Must:

- Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software
- Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business processes
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical recommendations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with TPM solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to evaluate and document client CPG TPM business processes and optimization opportunities
- Assess and compare various TPM software solutions such as Salesforce CPG, Xtel, and VisualFABRIQ
- Analyze TPM solution architectures and explain their integration with ERP systems and other enterprise applications
- Offer expert advice on selecting the most suitable TPM tools based on client requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence in TPM capabilities and integration strategies
- Convert complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional and technical documentation
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address gaps, risks, and dependencies in TPM processes
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with professionalism
