Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in advanced Java, Java 17, OpenShift, Spring Boot, Microservices, Java REST Web APIs, Java Full Stack, and Java Design Patterns
- Familiarity with Kafka
- Previous experience in leading development teams
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of resilient software solutions utilizing Java and Spring Boot Microservices to fulfill business requirements
- Oversee the integration of AWS and OpenShift platforms to boost application scalability and performance
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting a collaborative and innovative atmosphere
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Kafka and Java REST Web APIs
- Apply Java Design Patterns to enhance code efficiency and maintainability
- Champion the implementation of Java 17 features to elevate application performance and security
- Ensure compliance with best practices in Java Full Stack development, delivering high-quality and dependable software
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring swift resolution to decrease downtime
- Conduct code reviews and give constructive feedback to uphold coding standards and quality
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software solutions and processes
- Engage in ongoing learning to remain informed about the latest developments in Java and cloud technologies
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of technical projects, aligning with company objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
