Lead Google AI Solutions Architect

- I will lead the architectural design of multi-agent AI systems through the use of Google’s Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and related protocols. - I will define the roles, capabilities, workflows (including sequential, parallel, and iterative processes), orchestration patterns, and error handling mechanisms for agents. - I will establish inter-agent communication protocols, schemas, and contracts (e.g., JSON RPC, agent cards, task message formats). - I will integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and data sources through the appropriate interfaces. - I will define strategies for managing state, memory, sessions, and artifacts within the agent systems. - I will lead the development of fallback, guardrails, validation, and feedback loops within agent systems. - I will prototype, evaluate, and build proof-of-concept for innovative agent features. - I will provide guidance on performance, scalability, observability, and latency considerations within distributed agent frameworks. - I will define effective deployment, autoscaling, and management strategies, including using Vertex AI Agent Engine, Cloud Run, etc. - I will collaborate closely with data science and LLM teams to select, tune, and integrate models (e.g., Gemini and various model types). - I will create reference architectures, reusable agent templates, blueprints, and establish best practices. - I will provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews for agent and orchestration teams. - I will stay updated on advancements in multi-agent systems, protocol standards (A2A, MCP, etc.), and generative AI while supporting troubleshooting, runtime monitoring, fault recovery, and agent debugging strategies.
