Must:
### We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: - 15 years of experience in IT and architecture, including practical engineering experience. - At least 5 years in AI/ML, with a minimum of 1 year in Generative and Agentic AI. - Proficiency in model training techniques such as SFT, RLHF, and LoRA, along with RAG and evaluation methods. - Certifications in at least two cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong expertise in MLOps/LLMOps and AI governance. - Experience advising CxOs and leading strategic AI initiatives. - Demonstrated leadership in building cross-functional AI teams. ###

Responsibilities

In this role, you will: - Design and implement cloud-native AI platforms utilizing LLMs, SLMs, and multi-agent orchestration. - Guide Fortune 500 clients on AI strategy and transformational solutions. - Deliver customized AI use cases across various industries. - Oversee model development, fine-tuning, and optimization efforts. - Establish MLOps/LLMOps pipelines and governance frameworks. - Build and mentor AI teams while developing best practices. - Collaborate with hyperscalers, startups, and independent software vendors (ISVs) to co-innovate. - Contribute to thought leadership through publications and participation in forums. ###

This is a hybrid role that requires 2 to 3 days per week in a Cognizant or client office located in Phoenix, AZ, or Minneapolis, MN. The annual salary for this position ranges from $120K to $165K, contingent upon experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, which is performance-based.
