Java Technical Lead

I am seeking a Java Technical Lead (Hybrid) to join Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice. In this role, I will be part of a digital software team that develops and builds scalable, enterprise applications using Java, AWS, SQL, Node.js, and AngularJS. We value high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code, and I will work closely with product managers, designers, and clients to deliver valuable working software quickly. Our leaders are agile and retrospective, focusing on continuous improvement and team success. The location for this position is Richmond, VA, USA (Hybrid, 3 days at the office). This opportunity requires that I am legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future. The annual salary for this position ranges from $102K to $162,500, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards based on performance.
