Requirements
Must:
- I have 10+ years of Java development experience.
- I possess hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
- I can effectively manage client engagement from Onshore.
- I have good working knowledge of SAML2.0, OAuth, and API protection.
- I have knowledge of Authentication and Authentication Integration experience.
- I am experienced in handling performance tuning/load testing findings.
- I can work on vulnerability/penetration testing fixes.
- I have hands-on experience with end-to-end migration activities over legacy apps.
- I have logical and analytical knowledge of applications.
- I am process-oriented with knowledge of NFRs and feature-based work.
- I have a real passion for learning and understanding applications and sharing knowledge with my team.
- I possess strong technical skills in Java 8 development (Spring, Spring Boot).
- I am proactive in managing tasks and ask questions to learn more, demonstrating individual ownership and responsibility.
- I am an expert in debugging issues by reviewing monitoring tools and application logs to derive defined RCA.
- Jenkins CI/CD experience is a plus.
- I have good communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities

- I will actively participate in migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions.

Description
I am offering a position for a Java Lead Developer within our hybrid work model, located in New York. This is a full-time role with an annual salary range between $82,000 – $93,500, depending on my experience and qualifications. Additionally, I am eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
