Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of Java development experience
- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Good working knowledge of SAML2.0, OAuth, and API protection
- Knowledge of Authentication and Authentication Integration
- Experience in handling Performance tuning/Load testing findings
- Ability to work on Vulnerability/Penetration testing fixes
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end migration activities over Legacy apps
- Strong logical and analytical skills related to applications
- Knowledge of NFRs and feature-based work
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with the team
- Strong technical skills in Java 8 development (Spring, Spring Boot)
- Proactivity in task engagement and asking questions for clarity
- Expertise in debugging issues using monitoring tools and application logs for Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Jenkins CI/CD experience is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
As a Java Lead Developer, you will effectively manage client engagement from onshore, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and clients. Your key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code, while also contributing to the team's success and the happiness of our customers. You will participate in identifying areas for improvement, performance tuning, and vulnerability management to enhance our applications. You will also lead end-to-end migration activities and maintain an agile mindset, ensuring that you are always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
Description
We offer an annual salary for this position ranging from $80,000 to $93,500, depending on your experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
