Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB), including leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, solution design, estimation, deployment, and testing methodologies.
- Extensive experience working with ESQL, message flows, message sets, and DFDLs.
- Proficient in IBM MQ, DB2, SOAP and REST Web Services, and security protocols including SSL, WS-Security, keystores, and trust stores.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate API and integration challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and establishment of integration solutions utilizing ACE 11+ and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
- Implement integration best practices, patterns, and standards throughout solution design, development, deployment, and testing phases.
- Develop and oversee message flows, message sets, and DFDLs to guarantee high performance and dependability.
- Design and maintain message transformations using ESQL and facilitate translation across various data formats.
- Build, expose, and diagnose SOAP and RESTful APIs, including necessary security configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate solutions, address complex technical challenges, and ensure project completion.
Description
We are seeking an Integration Lead – IBM App Connect (ACE/IIB) to significantly contribute to our team by steering the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions. As a core member of our integration team, you will collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to provide scalable and secure integration services. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our Buffalo Grove, IL or Richardson, TX office, promoting flexibility and a healthy work-life balance through our wellness initiatives.
