Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector with knowledge of GMP, CSV, and data integrity standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3-5 years of expertise in delivering and supporting IT software solutions.
- Proficient in developing, testing, and deploying software using Python, SQL, and Java.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in both technical and business contexts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently.
- Keen attention to detail and precision in work.
- Solid self-management skills with an aptitude for identifying and driving enhancements.
- Effective at building relationships and communicating across teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve various software systems, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and adherence to pharmaceutical regulations.
- Lead daily team activities addressing system issues, data concerns, and managing customer incidents and change requests.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including scientists and engineers, to gather requirements and enhance systems.
- Create and update thorough documentation, encompassing design, security, testing, and change protocols along with system procedures.
- Ensure ongoing compliance within the team with company Quality Standards and Practices regarding all relevant system validation documentation.
- Monitor system performance and proactively implement measures to preempt downtime or data inconsistencies.
- Provide routine status updates and escalate significant issues to the appropriate business units and management.
- Enhance and optimize existing systems to bolster performance and reliability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for software issues within manufacturing settings.
- Manage regular compliance tasks such as periodic reviews and audit trail assessments.
