Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience designing multi-agent systems in Agentic AI
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and understanding of framework patterns (e.g., ReAct) within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Mastery of the Microsoft Stack, including:
- Proficient in setting up and managing Microsoft Power Platform environments and related technologies
- Ability to establish governance and define standards for tenant and user management, COE Kits, and best practices
- Advanced skills in Copilot Studio for configuration, topic design, and extending functionalities with custom plugins
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, including Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI Service
- Experience integrating modern AI agents with existing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives
- Preferred knowledge of UiPath and Automation Anywhere for automation solutions
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical senior leaders
- Background in consultative solution sales or internal technical consulting
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate are highly valued
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize the transition from traditional automation to Agentic AI
- Design comprehensive architectures utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, with Copilot Studio serving as the orchestration layer and Azure AI providing advanced cognitive services
- Develop autonomous agents that can engage in multi-turn reasoning and execute tasks by integrating Azure OpenAI models with Power Automate flows
- Implement frameworks for Responsible AI governance, ensuring compliance with data privacy and role-based access control within the Microsoft Entra ID framework
- Create complex integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems like ERP and CRM through custom connectors and API management
