IBM ACE/IIB Integration Lead

Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience developing integrations using IBM ACE and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
- Proven proficiency in message flows, ESQL development, message sets, and publish/subscribe patterns.
- Experience with XML technologies such as XSD and XSLT for message validation and transformation.
- Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices-based architectures.
- Practical experience in building BAR files, managing version control, and overriding runtime properties.
- Familiarity with integrating IBM ACE/IIB solutions with IBM API Connect (APIC).
- Experience in Agile environments, particularly with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Industry experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and mentor team members.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting integrations in production settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of IBM ACE/IIB message flows, ensuring they meet enterprise integration standards.
- Develop and maintain complex message flows, ESQL statements, message sets, and publish/subscribe applications.
- Design and execute REST and web service integrations utilizing HTTP, Compute, Aggregation, and Database nodes.
- Supervise message transformation, validation, translation, and routing for XML-based and other structured payloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and offering production support.

As an IBM ACE/IIB Integration Lead, we are looking for a professional who will play a key role in crafting, developing, and overseeing enterprise-level integration solutions with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB). You will be part of our Integration Services team and work closely with various stakeholders including clients, architects, developers, and program managers to deliver integration solutions that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
