Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience in relevant fields
- Strong expertise in P&C COTS
- Proficient in collaboration tools such as Confluence
- Familiar with Guidewire Tools & Accelerators
- Experience with the Rating Management Module and ContactManager
- Proficient in using Jira and GW APD
- In-depth knowledge of Insurance Products and Guidewire systems
- Strong understanding of PolicyCenter functionalities
- Skilled in MS Office applications
Responsibilities
- Act as a recognized thought leader by representing our company at conferences and industry forums
- Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in North America in collaboration with commercial teams
- Drive strategic partnerships and initiatives for business growth
- Customize solutions to meet client needs and specific business environments
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within teams
- Build robust internal networks with Program and Delivery teams to ensure effective solutioning
- Take charge as the primary architect for large, multi-faceted programs
- Implement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction by aligning with their expectations
- Lead research efforts and development projects for intricate programs, including platform requirements
- Create and deliver impactful presentations, seminars, and thought leadership documents
- Engage directly with clients to demonstrate our solution capabilities and expertise
Description
We are seeking a Principal Functional Architect who will take ownership of the end-to-end solutioning for complex, multi-tower deals. Our company offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $180,000, varying based on experience. This position is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program, contingent on performance.
