Requirements
Must:

- Strong communication skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Dedicated to ongoing learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality product architecture solutions using Velocity 1.7 and Java 8 to fulfill business requirements and improve system efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of features within the InsuranceNow platform, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Examine complex business needs and convert them into technical specifications that adhere to industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Offer expert advice and technical assistance to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement.
- Supervise the design and creation of new features and functionalities to ensure they cater to the demands of Property & Casualty Insurance clients.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the product architecture to guarantee reliability, security, and adherence to regulatory mandates.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to advance product offerings and secure competitive leverage.
- Monitor and assess system performance, identifying improvement opportunities and executing corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Lead knowledge-sharing and training initiatives to bolster team skills and encourage best practices.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation of architecture designs and technical specifications for future reference.
- Take part in strategic planning and decision-making to align product architecture with business aims and market shifts.
