Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient product architectures that meet both business objectives and technical specifications in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure effective integration of HTML, Velocity 1.7, Webservices, and Java 8 technologies
- Engage in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support long-term business objectives
- Resolve technical challenges through effective problem-solving and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations
- Adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices within the Property & Casualty Insurance field
- Assess and adopt new technologies and methodologies to bolster product offerings and maintain a competitive edge
- Provide technical direction and support to development teams, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence
- Analyze and refine existing systems to boost efficiency and performance, ensuring alignment with industry standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports product architecture and design processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration of API and Guidewire technologies into project outputs
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to ensure timely project completion
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business targets
- Maintain a proactive learning approach, adapting to new technologies and methodologies as needed
- Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills, critical to thriving in a hybrid work environment
- Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on project statuses, addressing challenges and celebrating achievements
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in project management and technology deployment
- Cultivate a cooperative team atmosphere, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine project delivery processes and results
- Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of project requirements
