Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and its role in insurance product architecture
- Proven expertise in utilizing Guidewire tools and accelerators with demonstrated successful implementations
- Experience in integrating Guidewire Insurance Suite for smooth data flow across various systems
- Strong proficiency in Guidewire Studio and the customization of plugins
- Familiarity with Guidewire Digital Portal and designing engaging digital experiences
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of the Guidewire Insurance Suite
- Experience with Claim File Management is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
- Lead the development and customization of Guidewire tools and accelerators to enhance insurance processes and boost operational efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and support for integration across the Guidewire Insurance Suite to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow.
- Oversee the implementation of Guidewire Studio and predefined plugins to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Drive innovation through the Guidewire Digital Portal to create user-friendly digital interfaces for clients.
- Ensure compliance with the core principles of the Guidewire Insurance Suite to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance product offerings and client satisfaction.
- Use expertise in Guidewire Suite integration to simplify processes and eliminate system complexities.
- Develop and maintain coherent technical documentation for future reference and training.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Guidewire through continuous learning.
- Contribute to the achievement of strategic business goals by delivering high-quality, client-oriented solutions.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
Description
At our company, we are seeking a Guidewire PCBC Lead who will be crucial in designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance our insurance product offerings. With the opportunity to work partly in-office in Toronto, this hybrid role allows you to thrive in a dynamic environment while making significant contributions to our mission. We offer a competitive annual salary between $120,000 and $150,000 based on experience, and this position is also eligible for an annual incentive program based on performance.
