Responsibilities

- Offer technical advice and support to development teams, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Evaluate existing systems to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Lead initiatives to incorporate new technologies and tools that improve operational effectiveness.
- Produce documentation for architectural designs and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and analyze system performance indicators to proactively mitigate potential issues.
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions that create value and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations within the Transportation & Logistics field.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Description

We offer a competitive annual salary of $130,000 to $152,000, depending on your experience and qualifications, along with eligibility for our discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
