Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud security engineering.
- Strong practical experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security tools.
- In-depth understanding of cloud security concepts, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, and/or cloud service provider security certifications like AWS-SCS, AZ-500, and GCP PCSE.
- Knowledge and experience with cloud security tools such as CSPM, CWP, and CNAPP.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our cloud security tools, ensuring effective operations across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
- Triage and address cloud security issues while providing expert consultancy on cloud security risks.
- Develop automation scripts, and produce actionable security reports, enabling data-driven insights through analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Execute daily operations for cloud security tooling, ensuring full coverage of CNAPP and SSPM solutions across various platforms.
- Manage IAM operations related to cloud security, including access control and user management processes.
- Design and implement security monitoring processes to identify and respond to potential threats, collaborating with business partners for timely remediation.
- Document cloud security risk statements and collaborate with engineering teams to drive improvements in our cloud security posture.
- Develop scripts to extract and transform security data, generating regular and ad-hoc reports showcasing key risks and remediation progress using BI tools.

Please note that, currently, we cannot offer visa transfers or sponsorship. The salary range for this position is between $136,500 - $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and time off, a 401(k) plan with contributions, disability coverage, paid parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
