Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of the retirement/pension domain.
- Experience working as a Business System Analyst.
- Understanding of the end-to-end processing of retirement business processes.
- Proven experience in Solution Design.
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- I require a candidate with substantial experience and knowledge in the Retirement/Pension domain, specifically in the complete processing and implementation of retirement business processes.
- You will need good experience in Solution Design.
- You must have experience in crafting architecture flows and conceptual flows and should be well-versed in creating Integration Architecture documents.
- I need someone who can effectively collaborate with various teams, gather information, and develop an effective solution design.
- Experience in crafting Data Models and Entity Models is necessary.
- You will be responsible for building Scope/Solution Design documents and Screen design documents.
- You will need to finalize contents for different member/participant correspondences, including emails, inbound/outbound documents, and Tableau reports, and work towards obtaining legal and compliance approval.
- Familiarity with legacy modernization architecture/integration approaches and knowledge of Postgres database (SQL queries) is essential.
- You should be adept at communicating the solution design to various stakeholders such as Product Owners, Developers, and data migration SMEs.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $88,690 to $155,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
