Requirements

Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within the banking or financial services sector. - Proficient understanding of U.S. credit card products and their lifecycle processes. - Experience working with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban. - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-focused initiatives. - Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence. - Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Knowledge of credit cards, payments, or consumer lending is advantageous. - Exposure to fraud handling, disputes, or card servicing operations is beneficial. - Previous experience in a U.S. retail or commercial bank is a plus. - Certification in CBAP or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe) is desirable.

Responsibilities

- Support various initiatives related to credit card onboarding, transactions, payments, disputes, fraud, and customer service. - Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Assist in process mapping, data analysis, and identifying functional gaps to guide solution design. - Craft clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios that align with Agile delivery frameworks. - Engage in backlog management, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, while also aiding in UAT coordination and defect resolution. - Work closely with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure traceability throughout the testing phase. - Integrate U.S. regulatory and policy requirements into functional specifications and user stories. - Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to refine requirements related to Reg Z, Reg E, consumer disclosures, and data privacy/security. - Assist in producing documentation for controls, issues, and remediation processes. - Maintain requirements and backlog in JIRA, and keep documentation and knowledge base updated in Confluence. - Prepare process flows, functional specifications, and test cases as required.
