Requirements

Must:
- 3–5 years of experience in process excellence, quality assurance, or high-level customer support, ideally in logistics, ride-sharing, or tech-driven operations. - Direct hands-on experience as an Autonomous Driver is essential to thoroughly understand the product ecosystem. - Candidates with a background in Emergency Response Team (ERT) operations or managing critical safety incidents will be prioritized. - Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish for effective coaching and team management. - Proven ability in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques and interpreting performance data into actionable strategies. - Strong technical skills in Zendesk, Salesforce, QA auditing tools (Playvox, MaestroQA), data analysis using Google Sheets/Excel, and knowledge management with Notion/Confluence. - Flexibility and readiness to work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment with potential for up to 15% travel to operational sites. - Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or similar process improvement credentials.

Responsibilities

- Lead global performance coaching and development of overseas support teams, providing training and workshops to align with Center of Excellence standards. - Conduct audits of rider interactions and performance data, initiating Root Cause Analyses to find and address systemic issues. - Implement quality assurance audits across various communication channels and deliver constructive feedback to international teams, collaborating with Team Leads on improvement plans. - Act as the primary operational expert for complex escalations and ensure playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures are updated according to product changes. - Work with Operations, Product, and Customer Experience teams to test new tools, perform beta tests, and advocate for rider feedback by turning it into actionable insights for product development.
