Requirements
Must:
- At least 15 years of comprehensive experience in Manhattan warehouse management implementation
- 3+ years specifically with MA WM Active version
- Proven track record of leading at least one, preferably two complete WM Active implementations in a Solution Architect capacity
- Proficient in reviewing Manhattan designs to approve or suggest improvements
- Capable of advising on the implementation process, timelines, roles, responsibilities, and best practices
- Experience with multiple MA WMOS implementations
- Familiarity with SCI reporting, proactive coding, and MHE integrations
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the system/product from a solution perspective
- Clearly define and translate business requirements into solution specifications
- Plan and design the framework of a technology solution
- Communicate system requirements effectively to software development teams
- Evaluate software or hardware options and recommend integration methods
- Supervise assigned programs including conducting code reviews and providing guidance to team members
- Assist in resolving technical issues as they arise
