Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting
- Strong knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, agent architectures, ML engineering, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience leading ideation workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions for both technical and business stakeholders
- Proven experience in shaping AI deals, creating Statements of Work (SoWs) and proposals, and designing POCs or MVPs
- Hands-on experience in developing prototypes during sales cycles
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate early-stage discovery sessions with clients and account teams
- Identify challenges, value drivers, and significant AI opportunities
- Develop North Star AI scenarios that showcase meaningful business transformation
- Transform ambiguous or complex client inquiries into clear solution hypotheses and architectural logic
- Define comprehensive AI solution architectures, incorporating LLM components, data/ML layers, integrations, and partner technologies
- Create various solution pathways (good/better/best) with documented trade-offs
- Conduct assessments of feasibility, risk, and level-of-effort estimates
- Generate compelling, client-ready documentation including SoWs, proposals, architecture presentations, value frameworks, and demo narratives
- Lead technical presentations, detailed discussions, and competitive analysis
- Adjust solution narratives based on client feedback and market dynamics
- Coordinate pursuit pods involving Sales, Industry SMEs, AI Engineering, and Ecosystem Partners
- Incorporate hyperscale and partner contributions into solution design and positioning
- Ensure solutions are ready for delivery, covering governance, risk alignment, and assumption tracking
- Manage the smooth transition from sales to delivery, ensuring clarity and continuity
