- Strong commercial insight with the ability to connect technology to business value.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective conceptual and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in blueprinting solutions and articulating complex ideas simply.
- Skills in business storytelling and narrative development for executive audiences.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with sales, engineering, consulting, and product teams.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts at a business-technical level (not necessarily hands-on technical expertise).
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of conceptual and architectural design for key AI use cases and offerings.
- Interpret business challenges, industry signals, and AI capabilities into structured solutions.
- Create narratives, workflows, and design artifacts that highlight the potential and distinctiveness of our offerings.
- Construct business value frameworks, impact models, and client-ready documents.
- Develop reusable offering materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and solution differentiators.
- Ensure alignment of offerings with market demand and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and consulting during initial discovery phases.
- Facilitate ideation sessions and offering walkthroughs to uncover use cases and refine solution strategies.
- Aid pursuit teams with value narratives and strategic justifications for AI-driven transformation initiatives.
